BEE standards and labelling program
BEE has been implementing standards and labeling programs based on the provision of the EC Act since 2006. The main goal of this program is to inform consumers of the potential to save energy andthus the costs of related products sold. The program requires that energy performance labels be displayed on energy-enhancing consumption devices and devices, as well as establishing minimum energy power standards.
